Right in the center of Sedona. Beautiful room with great view of countryside. Because of inclement weather we wanted to leave a day early and thy refunded our money! Amazing!
I loved the view from my room, and how nice the room was!
Couldn't get internet axcess to work.
I felt that the hotel was very overpriced for the ameneties offered. I was impressed with the view from the room, but not much more. $170 per night was out of line.
everything except the bathroom cleaning
Bathroom was not perfectly clean...
Location within walking distance of uptown Sedona and Tlaquepeque was very nice. View of cliffs on far side of Oak Creek from the patio was also very nice, but it's not too hard to get a room with a view in Sedona
Felt like I was getting scolded at the reception desk for showing up with our child after making reservations for two adults. My bad. But then it turned out there were plenty of two-bed rooms available anyway. The the room itself- No hot water! Our daughter took a cold shower Friday night. We called the desk Saturday morning, and they proceeded to tell us we must be doing something wrong. I know how to use a faucet! They fixed the problem, but not until after we gave up waiting for the maintenance guy. Finally- no late checkout! Even after our hot water experience, they couldn't be bothered to give us an extra hour to make up for it. We will definitely be coming back to Sedona, but definitely not to Cedars!
The view from the bedroom was amazing.
Did not like the window in the bathroom that others could see through from outside. Spa had no lights on at night in surrounding area or in the pool/spa and no towels were available.
some staff is good but the other is not.
The staff was great. The location was incedible.
The grounds had various construction going on. The hot tub had tile missing.
Easy to get to and comfortable and price point
Room was probably renovated since my last stay.everything was like new except the very small bath room which still has an old and noisy toilet. This is a great location but this is not a RESORTand is somewhat over priced. That said I probably will return.
The Canyon View rooms are spectacular! Not only are the Red Rocks amazing, but you're right above the creek. On a beautiful night, you can sleep with your balcony door open listening to the creek and feeling the breeze.
When I booked my room at Cedars Resort I asked to have a view and to not be on the first floor. When I arrived, both of my requests were met with the room reserved. The rooms have balcony's which overlook an amazing view of the mountains, as well as the hotel's pool. Cedars Resort is also located in uptownSedona which was perfect for walking around and checking out the local shops.
The only thing that I would change at Cedars Resort is the breakfast. It was more of a snack than anything, which was disappointing after expecting an actual meal.
We loved the view from the patio. The room was nice with a king bed and a small refrigerator.
The toilet was not in good working order. No conditioner or lotion. Several things seemed like they could use more TLC.
Great views from our balcony. The desk person was very helpful with where to hike and to eat.
The worse "continental" breakfeast ever. Packaged "danishes", bad coffee, canned fruit. Nothing freash nor healthy.
poor WIFI and internet speed
